Scofield Chubs Problem
#51
[cool][#0000ff]No argument on the browns. I love 'em. But, tigers inherit some of their traits from the brookie. They are easier to catch than browns, but fight harder than brookies.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Howsomever, I doubt that us armchair biologists will have much of a say in what evolves there. Scofield is being managed as a "happy harvester" lake...not as a trophy fishery. Browns get big and feisty with enough chub grub, but that is not the desired outcome on Scofield.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]As far as your other tiger lake, the slot is being considered. It really could be a trophy lake for tigers. The good news is that it is just remote enough that it does not get the traffic that some other tiger ponds do. Probably more traffic than it needs, but not as much as it could get. Be thankful for the high price of gas as one deterrent.[/#0000ff]
