Last time I was up there, there were 3 tubes, 2 pontoons, 2 canoes (with motor), and an Aluminum boat. That doesn't count the 20 people fishing from shore. Also, i know of at least 30 tigers being kept just by people that I know of in less than a week of fishing. At that rate, the tigers will be pretty rare in there.
I imagine it's no easy feat to plant those tigers in there. There are quite a few people that don't realize that the tigers are sterile and don't reproduce. I'm not against keeping fish, but I think sterile fish should be thrown back when possible. I can't say much because I have harvested a few tigers from there myself, but it would be nice to catch some monsters once in a while.
