And it does not take a boat ramp to bring a boat up to the waters edge and unload illegal fish. And, there are other people in Utah who own boats with livewells besides bass fanatics.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]And, for what it is worth, I have known people in the past who bragged about using live wells for such purposes. One guy even got mad at DWR for "poisoning out" the channel cats he kept dumping in Deer Creek. He would load up at Utah Lake and then run up the hill. People would find them dead around the edges a day later. He thought the DWR had a special poison that worked on catfish. How stupid. That was many years ago, but stupidity goes on.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]You want perch in Gunnison. So do others. They have been illegally planted but have not shown up yet. With the radical drawdowns they might never make it anymore. Same with the bass. [/#0000ff]
