New to Michigan

I'll P.M. our local bass pro "BASSASS" for you , he can fish bass like you wouldn't belive . It may take some time for a reply , he has a very busy schedule this year .

My thoughts are ;
You stated the gill population is high in the lake and from my expearance I know the bass shure have a taste for those gills .
You might have to try some larger lures in order to get the attention you are looking for from the big hawgs .

Almost everyone in my area has great sucess with the large tube-baits .
Colors and brands are something else , everyone has their favorite and swears by them . I haven't come across any two guys fishing that can agree on a particular tube to use for the finicky bass .
If you had posted this a little over a week ago I had a whole slew of the larger lures I could have sent to you for free .
Roosterfish stopped by for fathers day weekend and he ended up with three storage boxes of my hard body bass lures to try on his muskey lake .

So , are you ready for the winters around here ?
I have a co-worker that is from southern cal who got his first taste of the hard weather and couldn't belive the extream change in climate and driving conditions .
