Depends on what you are driving. I have an older Chevy step side and we just toss my buddy's toon up on the bed rails and tie it down to my tie down points on the bed. When we get to the lake we inflate the toons the rest of the way (carry at about 85% inflated) load with rods and tackle and go. Now I use my H3 and love it kinda do the same thing, unless I drive my car than it takes me about 15 minutes to drop in the rod racks strap on the sonar and inflate with my hand pump, put waders on and hit the water.
Of coarse it all depend on what you drive, if you can keep the frame fully assembled all you have to do is attach to the toons and inflate and go. I think that would only take about 20-30 minutes depending on your pump.
