Teton River Fishing near Rexburg

Has anyone been fishing the Teton river near Rexburg? (Either the South Fork of the Teton or just the Teton)

If so, have you guys been catching any fish?

If so, what kind of flies have been working?

Also, does anybody know of some good access spots on the Teton river to fish? (Within an hour or so of Rexburg)
