Looking for an out of the way Fishin hole

I am looking for somewhere within an hour or so of st george. I dont mind a 2 - 4 hour drive. I just want to find a nice lake we can canoe accross, camp next to the lake under some pine trees and do some hiking and trout fishing. I do appreciate the help. Has anyone been to Navajo Lake? What is it like???
