Maybe not thousands per year, but over the period of tigers being here, there have been thousands of people after them and some people with alot of money. I have seen them myself.
Bass fishing is absolutely the #1 fishing relatetd revenue maker in the U.S. No questions about that. I am saying N. utah has more people spending more time on the water fishing for that ONE tiger than a few bass anglers here and there
I have a real hard time respecting you bass guys with a bass or nothing mentality and here is why.
On NUMEROUS occasions at pineview, i have, as well as guests in my boat, witnessed bass guys swearing off all tiger muskies, ripping hooks and gills out of their mouths, throwing them distances to spite them and all the while saying how many bas they are destroying. The only thing i have to say about that is what a joke. I don't go to mantua and rip the hook out of all the bass i catch, i don't throw them a half mile because they are eating all my tiger food, i respect them like any other fish. I am not saying you are the one doing it, but it is the bass purists that are.
