I'd like to ask how many of you have emailed or corresponded with RAC members?
It is the RAC that we need to be communicating with. Roger Wilson has already shown us that it won't do any good to communicate with the DWR. The DWR is not going to make this change for us. It is the RAC that needs to hear from anglers.
I heard mention from a RAC member yesterday that he had only had 1 person bring up the Fish Lake issue. He wasn't even aware that it was a problem. If the RAC members don't hear from YOU, nothing will change.
Send your comments to your local RAC members. Forget the DWR on this one -- the Salt Lake office just wants to sweep this under the rug, and not deal with it. It's too bad. It's
to see years of progress being pushed out the door in the name of "rules simplification".
Oh, and by the way -- don't forget to purchase your 360 day fishing license and second pole permit!
