How to catch minnows?

this late in the year i'll have a hard time getting any minnows out of scofield! or E-lake.. a cast net would be better right now.. but form what i have been hearing the minnows have moved out and are not getting traped to much right now..
best time is in the spring time to trap minnows.. well shiner minnows at lest.. [signature] |
