Regarding spearfishing at Fish Lake

I just moved to Washington beginning of this year. If you want complicated regulations, come on over. Holy cow it is hard to keep it all straight here. Utah's current "Guidebook" in my opinion is so 'simplified' that a 3rd grader could follow it. In fact, seems to me that too much detail has been removed in the name of simplicity. It's not sound science. Of course it's easy to have mostly general regs. for put and take trout fishing, however so many other things do not lend themselves to a one size fits all mentality. I hope you guys get this fixed.
