First off, why that particular boat? Check this chart out:

The North Fork Pontoons are in the same price, but, they are Urethane bladders, and they are wider with a bigger standing platform, not to mention a much longer warranty. Plus they are lighter. AND USA made not China.
Sonar with GPS is cool. You get onto fish, if the wind is blowing you can loose your position real easy. GPS can keep you on the fish. Or map out a good area.
Color is way cool also. I would like the color also. Here are some to look at:

As far as mounting, allot have used PVC. I use aluminum, so there will be allot of info on how to mount one.
