Expo tags?

I put in for most of the deer tags and the rocky bighorn. I have a friend that lives down the street that drew a three corners elk tag two years ago from the expo. He got a nice 6x6 that would have scored around 320-330. Pretty good for that unit. I never get my hopes up, just figure it is a donation to help wildlife.
