Thanks for reminding me of the link, Matt. I forgot about that being viewable. One additional thing I would mention is that some of these spots can offer only foot access, but some may even possibly allow things like a small boat ramp. I didn't want to skew the results any by being too particular of any one site or area.

Another thing I would mention is that some of these projects may possibly be expedited by some volunteer work. It could offer a chance for fishing and conservation groups, boy scouts and others to render some meaningful public service. More details to follow.
