Lost dog directions

Well since I missed the burbot bash this year a couple of friends and myself are planning to head to lost Dog this weekend for some of those tasty burbot. My question is what is the fastest way to get there from ogden? From what I understand it would be through Green River. just wondering if it is clearly marked. Thanks for any help...
