Those guys are affectionately known as "locals" and most of them have no respect for the law. They will snag the heck out of the spawning walleys, and take truckloads of white bass out of there. Now I know the bass have no limit, but let's use a little common sense here.

I'm sure TD has some great stories about this population as well.
