Don't know if anyone is interested any more, but I'll go ahead and fess up as to what I used.
Used a 3in Pulse Worm (drop shot lure) in Pearl/Blue/Shd color on a small shank, small hook size, 1/32 oz. jig, casting and retrieving very slow as near the bottom as possible. While sight fishing I could stop it on the bottom and watch them come over and pick it up. This set up has also worked well at Jordanelle and Mantua. Haven't tried other places. I like the shape, feel and action of pulse worms for subtle presentations.
Well that's it guys, have I turned everyone off now so I won't get comments? What do you experts think?
