Unless this is a new service center, other than the one in Centerville, you are out of luck. I would just pack it up and send it back to Minn Kota. I have had several motors that I have had "repaired" locally and now I just send them to the Factory. They do a better job, faster, and I have yet had any "redo's". I figure the xtra shipping is cheaper than having my motor down for 6-8 weeks from a local. Send it to the Factory !!!!
