Thanks for the reply's everyone. I was in the water at 7:30 am. My waders are neoprene. It was cold but a pair of cotton socks, and my boxer shorts and I was fine. A friend of mine who no's not a thing about wearing waders suggested just wearing my boxer's.
Now I have another problem. I have a Caddis Nevada U tube. The bladder burst along the seam. I was not in the water when it happened. I had just let some air out and placed it in the bed of my pick-up. While standing around smoking a cigarette it just started to leek. I removed the bladder and that is when I discovered the leek along the seem. That bladder is of poor quality and poor design. Is there a better replacement bladder that anyone knows of? I have a back up float tube. It is also a Caddis. It is a round tube but the bladder is like an iner tube from a automobile tire. If there is not a heavy duty replacement I'll have to settle for a replacement of the same quality as the one I removed. Thank everyone for the replys.
