It's the quality a given budget buys really, isn't it?
A urethane bladder is stronger, but costs more.
Possibly you can place a urethane U-bladder from a Bucks Bags or Outcast tube inside your u-tube cover, to make a hybrid and in-between quality tube.
You would want to check carefully first that the inner spacing between the U sponsons are approximately equal with your current model, and that the tube diameter is approximately equal. A little variance would not be a problem, as these things flex as they inflate.
You would also have to allow for the inflation valve being in a place that suits the tubes of the bladder manufacturer, and not yours. Not a problem, cut a round hole in the fabric at the appropriate place to take the valve through to the outside. Line the cut seam with aquaseal glue to prevent fraying over time and you're done with a stronger urethane bladder.
But a new Fish Cat / Fat Cat / Bullet only costs .........
