You didn't ask me first. Go get two five gallon buckets, attach a lenght of rope through the handles, throw them off the back of the boat, tie the rope to a cleat first. One 24" sea anchor. Cost's a heck of a lot less than that parachute rig and is easier to handle. I told you I know everything.
