Monday Willard suggestions?
#1
[font "Courier New"][#000050][size 3]This will be my first outting of the year (was gonna go a week or so ago, but got sick). Mostly just going to try out my Christmas presents [Wink] While I suppose I don't mind getting skunked, I'd rather not.
From shore, so no trolling advice! LOL

A friend mentioned that it would be windy, but the forecast says only up to 8 mph... is that too much for fishing? I'm thinking in terms of both being able to cast decently, and have the water not too choppy (though supposedly mildly choppy is actually good for gettin' Walleye)

And which marina should I go to, South or North? Also, I'd prefer to go in the evening (5-10 P.M.), as I have stuff to do in the afternoon...but if morning would be more productive, I could try that (arrive before 7 A.M.?)

I'm going to have a bait pole for cats (I have some old stink (blood) bait I want to get rid of, and chicken gizzards). The second pole, I'll be practicing casting/reeling lures...highly doubt I'll get anything from that, though, as I think wipers are active during the day?

And of course, if anybody wants to join me, I certainly won't mind! [Wink]

Thanks for any help!
