I fish in a pond as well. the water condition is kinda the same, except it's not as vegetated as yours. I've gotten success this year on small black/silver crankbaits, and the shaky head jig, introduced to me by good ole' martini78. I put a green pumpkin fluke on a 1/8 gamakatsu jighead (but I prefer the jigheads with the little corkscrew on the end, it gets the shaking action better) and i dropped the jig by some structure. In a matter of minutes a 1ΒΌ lb. white crappie took it. 15 minutes later a pounder bass took it.
So keep working the jig, try some different lures. Near the structure, just twitch it. Experiment with the colors, and you're bound to get some hits.
