Uhh, I like the jigheads with the corkscrew coming from the head. As for fighting through a lot of vegetation, I'm really not sure. you'll just have to try it.
As for fishing the frog, the moss is gone away, and the bass in there aren't that big, that I know of. There could be some monsters in there that I just haven't seen or caught. My biggest is the pounder I caught the other day. Funny that the crappie was bigger ha.
The little crank is about the size of my thumb, and dives to around 3 feet. I got it at wal mart last summer when I had no idea what I was doing. Early in the season when the bass were real young and small, that's what they'd hit. I haven't caught any on it in a couple of months. They hit that shaky head for a day, and now nothing. We've caught a couple of catfish on the bass lures, but no bass. The weather is way to erratic I guess.
