New Reel!

i had a black eagle reel that i had out one day and it had a screw come undone and fall in the water. I took it back to the store and they wouldnt do a thing about it so i contacted black eagle and they had me mail it in and sent me a new reel. It was even a more expensive reel he said they didnt have any in stock. so maybe go about it that way.
