Brad... I wouldn't wear the X3 fins over my wading BOOTS because it is not as comfortable as wearing the wading shoes (waderless) or the neoprene waders alone (bootless) I bought a pair of size XL flip flops to take me from my vehicle to the lake when I have to wear the waders.

Would the size L X3's work for your size 11 feet... I don't know? Will they work for a size 9 1/2 foot... I'm confident they will.
