I'm towing my boat to the coast Friday night, fishing destination Santa Barbara channel, freezer filler rockfish trip. Awesome! Sounds like a great time. Lingcod is hard to beat in my book. Rockfish opened on Monday, but with the good halibut bite we did not want to stop stuffing butts into the box. Ended up with seven Wednesday, four anglers on the boat, best about 12lbs.
