I did see some fish arches but that is the only place I have seen them so far. I understand that the fish arches are for faster speeds but Fish ID is crap so I went to raw sonar. I have never seen a fish on the bottom of any body of water.
Over all I say if you need a FF don't waste your money with this one. I can say the humminbird fishin buddy 110 is by far better than the cuda 300. I am going to try a friends eagle 480 and see how it is. I think the transducer is the same as the lying larry so I am going to put it on my set up and give it a try.
