I LMAO when I went to that thread and I agree maybe it is a TM angler who wants to scare the rec boaters.
When folks I work with see the fish I catch they tell me they'll never swim in PV again.
Including when I caught (see pic) this one fattest birtha I landed. Here's the short story of this catch:
Memorable thing about this catch is that it happened about 75' off a very busy swimming area.
Folks on shore and several swimmers we're watching the battle and cheered giving thumbs up when we netted it.
Luckily the hook came out it the net which is always nice.
We then quickly lifted it out of the net for a length measurement on the bump board and a couple of pic snaps. Placed it back in the water on the swim beach side and taped it's girth.
Now mind you the swimmers are still in the water watch'n us as we placed the fish back in the water and let it go. At this time several of them 'immediately' swam to shore and got out of the water.![[Image: icon_eek.gif]](http://utahwildlife.net/forum/images/smilies/icon_eek.gif)
