The J Stockard folks are real nice to work with. I have bought a lot of stuff from them. They also have a good price on their tippet rings.
So for $53.40 one can pick up the same vice and 7 tools + be able to pick up some tying supplies for $21.60. They are quite prompt on delivering from the east coast to the west coast, usually within the week.
