Thanks for checking on the regulations for us. I too wasn't sure about the small ones.
But I really wasn't exaggerating about the cooler full. Admittedly it was a small cooler, but there were fish in there that were in the 12 to 16" range as well as small ones. There were more than two bass, or four actually as there were two people. I won't even mention where they were from [
]as I know it isn't everyone from there that is fishing illegal. And I really appreciate our out of state dollars. My hat is off to all of you out of staters who pay big bucks to fish in Idaho. Your dollars really help support our fish and game program. I don't think that we can do it without you. So when I see out of state plates I cheer - if they are legal. I doubt if these two were legal!!
I was annoyed that my cell phone couldn't get a signal!
