Welcome to the board. Wow when you decide to post you ask a lot of questions all at once. Its probably better to start off one question at a time so people can give you specific information.
I'll start with Ririe. You should be able to catch bass at Ririe from your Kayak. It depends on the time of year, but right now the bass are in water that is between 5-20ft of water. I would look for a rip rap or boulder filled shoreline. I would dropshot a pumpkin or watermellon colored reaper or roboworm with a chartruse tail. You can also wacky rig a baby bass colored senko type bait and do really well. There are not many big ones in there but with some work and patience you can work your way through the small ones and get a decent one every once in a while.
