I have been getting more into the Spey thing. Bought the WINDCUTTER multi tip spey line and MAN I love that stuff.
There will be some creeks that require shorter rods. Not for the back cast but the fact the trees will form a tunnel so to speak.
You can't lift the rod up, or back and side is limited...then the shorter stick.
