Cattin' Report for UL 9-25-09

[cool][#0000ff]Glad you had a better day today. Sounds like you had them dialed in just right. [/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Most independent reports I have been getting confirm that the bigger fish are in water deeper than 5 feet. That is the way it was last year. Had a couple of great trips for larger fish after the first of October. And the fish were in 7 to 8 feet of water straight out off the rocky cliffs.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]That being said, there are also some good sized cats coming from 3 -4 feet of water at Lincoln Beach and from inside American Fork Boat Harbor. [/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Hard to beat the Knolls for tubers and tooners. A lot less boat traffic and usually some pretty decent fishing within reasonable kicking distance. Because the slope is faster it does not take as long a swim to find the deeper water.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Good luck on the job situation. My sis in law just got laid off today from a job in which she was recently rated at over 100 percent efficiency and had been there a LOOOOOOOONG time. Seems like nobody is immune from the fallout of hard times.[/#0000ff]
