They have a virus that will KILL carp, and from what I have been told from fisherman who live in Az by where they have used it it works great once the smell of rotting carp goes away....
Get a conservation pool for the fish...
And when numbers of perch gets low stock them or any other fish when there numbers get low...
Do more habitat for Yuba and other lakes...
