Thinking about giving it a try
#59
I can tell you from personal experience on this setup that it is a decent to good starter... I bought two of those a few years ago to use in TN with my son in law... it is not top of the line but it is durable.. Ive used it two summers in a row now and this last one I really beat mine up... in fact I ended up inadvertantly smooshing the reel into some mud and muck.. it started having a grinding noise.. I dipped in the flowing water and it worked great...

it is not up to the quality of my sage or mojo rods but I think it is a good starter rod.. feels good in my hand.. and the kits I bought had almost everything in it needed to get on the water except flies...that means rod, reel, backing, and leader if I remember right.. you would have to get tippet and leader (if its not included) and some basic flies and you would be good to go..

my son in law and his cousin have used them when I was not there and they both like them.. decent rig without a large outlay of money to start out...
