[#0000ff]But, stuff happens, with or without our help and usually without our predicting them. It just doesn't work that way. If it did you could retire rich. Look at the weather forecasters...wrong more often than they are right. And that is with real scientific data. How in the world is anybody ever going to predict what will happen with all species of fish in all waters all across the country?[/#0000ff]
