I spoke with a FS Ranger last week, they are encouraging all boaters to keep their boats out of the lake. Many parts of Utah are freezing, but their are dangerous chunks of ice above and below the surface. According to the Ranger, all ramps have advisories.

Unless she's named Titanic, keep dry-docked.
