I do believe your correct. The temps at Strawberry have been below freezing and if it does drift over 32 deg. it is just for an hour or two. Then back way down at night. We still have a bit longer till temp go high enough to melt away the Ice there. Willard, Utah Lake and the other lower elevation lakes have more to worry about. Or do I mean be happy about[
