[cool]Ah, Grasshoppah, you just learn one more lesson 'bout tubing. More comfortable to fish without waders in warm water, but legs must still be covered. Can get sunburned even when bare legs are in water.
In Arizona, I fish without waders from about mid May through mid October. But, even though the water may get over 85 degrees, I still wear "long sleeved pants". I have a couple of pairs of elastic band casual pants that are comfortable, but still keep the sun off my legs and protect against the occasional contact with stickups, etc. An alternative is to cut off the legs on a pair of old pants...somewhere below the knee. They look funny, but they still keep the sun off your upper exposed legs which lay flat and exposed to direct sunlight if you do not cover them.
Next lesson...water skiing behind stud wipers...or maybe big catfish or carp.
