Just a quick note on the interference with the lawful take of game. The penalty is steep, I don't know what it is for interfering with fishing, but I read a report on someone who got between a guy and a deer, the penalty I seem to recall was about a 18 months in jail and $40 thousand. It is not something that should be taken lightly.
