I am curious for those of you who think the law is the law and there is nothing else to it, how would you feel if you got a speeding ticket for going 47 in a 45 mph zone while driving to fishing with your completely valid fishing license? The law is the law but most officers choose to use discretion when no harm is being done like Jacksonman was saying. I don't blame the officer but do think it was overkill to write this ticket. It also doesn't make a difference what I or anyone else thinks, since we are not the ones writing tickets.
