Not really apples to oranges...law to law. You are saying its okay to break the law....a little bit (or unknowingly)
Okay how about an honest citizen, buys that license, but then unknowingly, fishes a lake or stream where he/she is not allowed. The person thought they were following the laws, and no sign posted although all the locals knew this was closed.
Just a little mistake?
All I am saying, is the law is the law. Fudge for one, fudge for all.
I do feel bad that these two were cited and it would have been cool had they gotten the warning.
But, it shouldn't be a shocker that they didn't.[
