Was great fishing with you and Brian yesterday. Thanks for showing me new water and sharing your considerable knowledge of starvation. But it is plain to see I have a lond ways to go when it comes to "finesse" fishing. But I will get it down.
Bunny Gulch is a wonderful place to fish. It was easy water yesterday and loads of fun. Gotta love that clear water as well as the beautiful landscape. This could very well become one of my favorite fishing spots. Even the power squadron pretty much left us be.
I did catch quite a few dink perch and one 12in
keeper. Kept him and a few of the dinks for bait. Caught most of them dragging treated perch meat supplied by
TubeDude, including the 12in keeper. Managed some on
a pale perch floating jig fished 18 in off the bottom, but like I said, I got a ways to go with the fine art of "finesse".
