i have never caught them using carp meat with a bouncer.. but i have used minnows on the bouncer and caught lot's at yuba.. the minnow keeps the carp and perch off the bait but the eye's seem to like them just as much as worm.. fatheads work good at yuba. and shiners work good at starvation..
