Wiper Boils

Another awesome invite led to another great day o fishing today. Hit the lake about 7am or so. Trolled most of the day picking up a fish here and a fish there. About 3pm clouds blotted out the sun and the wind picked up just a bit. With the sun taking a break the wipers lit the entire lake on fire. there were boils everywhere. We were the only fisherman we could see and had the boil chase all to ourselves. What a hoot. Although we ended up catching most of our fish trolling the boils were allot more fun. All in all we landed 16 wipers and one walleye between the three of us. This was my sons first Wiper boil. he had a blast. Said it was the best day of fishing he's ever had.
