Ya I have got that ticket before it is RIDICULOUS. To avoid it -Just write a letter to the address on the back of ticket expressing you concern with all parking Uintas and mention that you paid your daily Rec fee which most don't and follow thru a few time by calling the # and the ticket will disappear.
