i can understand your frustration of the bass taking over the trout stream. walleye and bass that aren't presently in a river system should be stocked in waters that won't harm the native trout. i am in total agreement with you as well that idaho is " troutville " and always has been. however i and thousands of other buy licenses ect. and do not even by accident want to catch one of the 7" planter rainbows the fish and game spends so much time and money planting. they work great in a fertile water like little camas. but don't hardly grow at all in other lakes ect. i would rather have them stock fingerlings. not all of us flyfish . i would just like some more warmwater fish programs. i don't want them to put walleye in silver creek. but i would like to see the money the fish and game has spread out more evenly for every one.
