Jordanelle - Ross Creek Info
#1
[cool][#0000ff]A couple of days ago WH2 replied to a post on Jordanelle shore fishing with a pic of the sign to Ross Creek State Park and a question about whether anybody had fished there. It was new to me so I emailed the State Parks info site and got the following response. Looks like a great new access site on the north end of the lake. No launch facilities but will be great for bank tanglers, tubers and ice fishermen. See the PDF file attached for more info. I have separated out a couple of the maps and attached them too.[/#0000ff]

Hi Pat,
Yes, Ross Creek is part of Jordanelle State Park. This is an area that has belonged to us for some time, but we've only just recently begun to develop.
Currently, the area is basically a trail head at approximately the mid-point of a trail between Hailstone and Rock Cliff. We should have a trail map posted on our website by the end of this month.
To learn more about the area and our plans for it, please visit our website planning page and find the Ross Creek concept plan. http://www.stateparks.utah..gov/planning
Thanks for your interest and thanks for supporting your state parks!

Sincerely,
Brad Adkins
