JiggyJus10 - Sounds you've been bit by the bug. If your adrenaline starts going into overdrive at the sight of sizable muskie follow up....you've got the muskie bug. That's how I got started. I started fishing for SMB and LMB because that is what I new. When I first moved to Utah I didn't know anything about muskies, so fishing for SMB and LMB's is I started to learn about them. This is where experience and time on the water starts to pay off. I have found that soon after you see them time and time again you start to pick up on their behavior. I've been able to pick up a few muskie just by paying attention to areas where they've been working the surface. Once you spot them and you can get close enough not to spook them you can usually throw something and hook. Now I'm no expert and there are many ways to catch them, but that is how I got started fishing for muskie. Anyway good luck!
